Waihua Station Cottage offers a private visitor experience with all the comforts of modern living.
Only 20 minutes from Wairoa at the end of a private road, the cottage is nestled into a corner of the extensive and tranquil Waihua Station homestead grounds. Guests are welcome to stroll through the farm to the beach, where they can enjoy great fishing, a swim in the river, or make use of the dinghy and kayaks on the nearby river.
The cottage itself is quaint in character and big on comfort, accommodating up to four guests. Children are welcome, although pets need to be left elsewhere due to the working farm environment.
